COVID-19 Update 23rd March 2020

As you are all aware the Government have issued stricter measures to attempt to curb the virus infection rate. As a result we are closing our offices and our staff will be working remotely from home and will continue with a 'Business As Usual' approach. All phone calls will still be answered by our dedicated team. Delivery times will vary, as you would expect, however, we will inform you of this upon order. 

We continue to have the safety and well-being of our customers, staff and partners at the forefront of our minds.

Message of Reassurance

Dear Valued Customers,

As you are all aware the COVID-19 pandemic continues to escalate on a global scale. We understand there is much apprehension about the coming weeks and months. As we navigate through the uncertainty ahead, we felt compelled to reach out to our valued customers to provide some reassurance.

Please know that our thoughts are with those have been affected directly and/or indirectly by the current crisis. The safety and well-being of our customers, staff and business partners is paramount and whilst this is a challenging time, we are doing all in our power to ensure that our business runs as smoothly as possible and disruptions to our customers are kept to a minimum. Please rest assured that we are a responsible company operating under the safety of Government guidelines, as are our UK and International business partners.

In terms of trading, at present we are continuing with a ‘Business as Usual’ approach. Our Sales and Customer Service teams are still available to speak to over the phone and we expect this to continue unless new Government guidelines are enforced which prevent us from doing this.

As you might expect, we are experiencing some slight delays due to the disruption of certain supply chains, however, thus far disruption has been kept to a minimum and customers continue to receive their goods on time. If delays worsen we will keep you informed with up-to-date information as and when we receive it. Customers who have outstanding furniture on order with us will be contacted individually if there is a delay in production or delivery.

Please remember we hold stock of hundreds of items, all of which are still being delivered under our normal timescales of 10-14 days. We are determined to remain a reliable business and are willing to adapt and evolve as circumstance change. We value your custom immensely and are confident we can work through this difficult period together.
